Well versed in the art of accounting, Amanda makes sure that every invoice, receipt and declaration is accurately compiled. When she is not processing invoices and calculating VAT returns Amanda can be found on one of her long walks often causing her pedometer to go into melt-down. Striding along the lanes her trips are now accompanied by her family’s mischievous springer spaniel. Amanda doesn’t rate herself as a baker, but she has shared several tips over the years, and boy, oh, boy… she knows her stuff. But nothing with cheese in it – how can you not like cheese?
